Dear members of The Friends of St James
This is a quick update on activities of our charity, which celebrates its 20th birthday on Aug 4th 2025.
In particular, please come along to the Biddenham Show on Sunday 14th September, where we will have a small table to present what we offer and to encourage new members to join. We will probably be inside the Village Hall, so no need to worry about the weather!
We aim to have a couple of people at the table to answer any questions from interested visitors, so would you be able to join one of our (small) committee for an hour or so? Any time or moral support you can offer would be much appreciated. If you can help in any small way, perhaps you could email us on fosjbiddenham@gmail.com.
Then on Saturday 11th October we are very fortunate to have the lively and entertaining choir Heart and Music perform for us in the church. The concert will start at 2:30pm and the format will be designed to encourage families with children to come along. We’ll send more details in due course, but you may like to mark the date in your diary now.
