Biddenham Home Group meeting Wed 17 Jun at 15 Church End Biddenham at 7.30pm. We will be looking at Acts chapter 4 and what was going on with the early church at that stage. We will start with a meal so please let us know if you will be coming. Edwin and Peta (348718)

PCCs ask both St James and All Saints to support Bedford Foodbank – urgently need toiletries and household products, such as deodorant, shampoo, toilet rolls, washing powder and cleaning products- greatly appreciated if you could add to your shop.

Natter Club Thurs 18 Jun 2-6pm All Saints Hall. 2.30pm Poetry afternoon with Balliol School. Irene Grant-Jones, Heather Buxton and Frank Batt. Creative Corner 4.30pm onwards with Ruth Garner. Vikki or Elaine (852241).

Natter Club Outing on John Bunyan Boat on Thurs 16 July at 2.30pm from Sovereign’s Quay to Cardington for 2.5 hrs. Tickets £12 (£10 concession) £8 children, £28 family. All welcome. Elaine (852241)

St James Open Church Sunday 21 Jun . Please remember to save/cultivate, beg or borrow for the Plant Stall Jane George (359014). We are having a Bring and Share Picnic Tea in the Churchyard from 3.30-5pm. All welcome. Please sign list at back of church to help with catering. Children’s treasure hunt, bell tower visits and a chance to look at our ancient church books. Bring a chair or rug to sit on. In Barn if wet. Sue (342373).

All Saints Open Church Sunday 21 Jun The church will be open with lots to see and enjoy both historical and uplifting; there will also be tea and cake to enjoy by the river.  All welcome. Margaret (854674)
