St James House Group will meet at 15 Church End, Thurs 16 June, 7.30pm. We will be continuing our study of the early church through Acts of the Apostles chap 11, and particularly the controversy of allowing the Gentiles into the faith-people who were not members of the Jewish club. The evening starts with a meal and everybody from both churches are welcome. For catering please let us know if you are coming. Edwin and Peta (348718)

Edwin has a number of copies of some research entitled “Talking Jesus” done by the Church of England on the state of Christianity in the UK. Is Christianity really dying? Please could you ask me if you would like a copy of these results? I will be organising a meeting to look at the results of this research and what it means for us as Christians and a church. Please let me know if you would like to come to the meeting Edwin (348718)
