3rd Sunday: Evening Prayer at St. James

Last year’s Songs of Praise service at St. James was good fun. It was such good fun that, when asked if we would consider facilitating it again, we readily said that we would. We’re looking forward to it. With big thanks to the two people that have signed up, to the rest of you please don’t be shy. Sign your choice up at the back of church and, if you’d rather not stand up and talk about your choice in person, just let us have a written explanation and we’ll do the talking for you. Community Ministers David & Suzette (341912).

St James: Will be delivering leaflets in Deep Spinney and Great Denham for this ‘Songs of Praise’ and also our ‘Harvest Festival’ service. If you can help distribute leaflets tell Ann Morrish.

Table+:  David and Suzette, are hosting the first of these events in their home (39 Broad Mead Avenue, Great Denham, MK40 4SA) on Sun 21 Aug, 7.30-9pm. Please bring some ‘nibbles’ to share. Format: 30-45 mins of socialising; then a short time of ‘sharing’ about what is going on in their ministry and the two parishes; 30-45 mins of prayer. All welcome, but please let them know if you’re coming (341912). Thanks!
