Church Army’s latest magazine, ‘Share-it!’ is now available in both churches for people to help themselves.
‘Songs of Praise’ at St. James, Sun 27 Sept, 4.30 pm: the sign-up sheet (to let us know your favourite hymn/song and why) is now at the back of Church until Sun 30 Aug, so do let us know your favourites. David and Suzette Maguire.
Pilgrim Course on the Lord’s Prayer: Mondays 21,28 Sept, 5, 12,19 and 26 Oct at 7.30pm. All Saints Church Hall. All welcome, please sign list at back of church.
St. James’s church choir urgently needs new members, especially sopranos and altos. We practise on Fridays from 7pm until 8pm. We are a friendly team and we would love to welcome new members. Anne Church (214805), Fran Moxon (217685).

The Bereavement Ministry, Supporting Bereaved People Course, Lydia Humphreys (Transfig, Kempston) Thursdays: 3, 10 and 17 September, 7pm St James’s Church Barn. Caring for all who have been bereaved. Speak to Ann M or Stephen.
