As well as non-perishable food the Bedford Food Bank are currently particularly in need of tinned sponge puddings, biscuits, multi-purpose cleaning spray and washing powder.
Last month they helped 435 people, 163 of these were children. Thank you. Ann Morrish

All Saints Natter Club: Thurs 18 Aug from 2-5pm in All Saints Church Hall, Kempston.
All are welcome for drinks, cakes and a natter. Entry £1 for refreshments, plus £1 for raffle ticket. Guest speaker is Sheila Phillips with her dog Chester from charity Canine Partners.   All welcome. Vikki Clarke (843669)

All Saints Fete – thank you to everyone who made such an effort and contributed so much. The fete raised over £1,800.

www.toilettwinning.org – “challenge” by John Richards – why not sponsor a toilet in an impoverished third world situation? The framed certificate (maybe hung in your w/c) will generate lively discussions with your friends – more importantly, maybe even talks about Jesus.  John Richards
